The applicants, who have purchased the properties in auction, have applied for removal of the charge of Kolhapur District Central Co-operative Bank. However, vide communication dated 23rd November 2016, Kolhapur District Central Co-operative Bank has itself removed its charge on the properties, which were subject matter of the auction. In that view of the matter, the purpose of civil applications stands solved and hence, the civil applications stand disposed of.
