Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for modification of the condition imposed by this court vide order dated 05/03/2021 i.e. to appear before the EOW Unit-II, Crime Branch, Mumbai once in four months on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 am to 02.00 pm till further order. The applicant is 70 years of age. He has been regularly attending the trial Court. The charge is yet to be framed by the trial Court. Since the order of the Sessions Court dated 10/12/2019, the applicant is regularly attending the Economic Offence Wings 1/2

Darshan Patil 26-ia-216-23.odt ofoce. Initially, the condition imposed was reporting on the 1st Sunday of every month. Thereafter, by order dated 05/03/2021, the same was modified and the applicant was permitted to report once in 4 months.

The applicant is 70 years of age. The applicant has been regularly abiding by the conditions. In this view of the matter, till the charge is framed, the applicant shall report once every 6 months on the 1st Saturday of the month commencing March, 2023 between 11.00 am to 12 noon till the charge is framed and shall attend the trial Court regularly.
