Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This Application is preferred by the plaintiff for joining the proposed respondent as contempnor to the contempt petition. Contempt petition is not admitted till today.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

"a) The Applicant be permitted to carry out Sneha Chavan 1/2

13 can 19-15=.doc necessary amendment to the present contempt petition as per the schedule annexed herewith on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

ii) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated herein above, applicant to serve amended copy of contempt petition on added respondents within two weeks thereafter.

iii) Liberty granted to the added respondent to file their Affidavit-in-Reply, if any, within two weeks thereafter and serve copy on other side. iv) Matter to be listed thereafter for admission.

v) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
