Heard. This Application is preferred by the Insurance Co. for condonation of 16 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated dated 10/09/2014 passed by the MACT in MACP No.202/2012.

The learned counsel for the Respondent vehemently opposed the Civil Application. He submits that the Applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of delay.

308.15-caf averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

A) Delay of 16 days in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated dated 10/09/2014 passed by the MACT in MACP No.202/2012 is condoned.

B) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
