As the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. He, however, requests that the trial of the applicant be expedited and made time bound.

Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

The applicant's first bail application was rejected on merits vide order dated 28th August 2019. The said order is on page 128 of the

2/2 17-ba.396.2021.doc application. The second bail application of the applicant was also rejected on merits vide order dated 30th January 2020, however, liberty was granted to the applicant to file a fresh application in the event the trial did not commence within 9 months. The roznama reveals that on the last date, the matter was kept for framing of charge, however, the applicant refused to proceed as his advocate was absent. It is informed that the next date in the trial Court is 24th March 2021.

Considering the aforesaid, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
