Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that as a stop-gap arrangement, the applicant/accused was allowed to furnish cash surety. He submits that police verification of his surety is done, however, in between, the time for furnishing cash surety expired. He prays that the said period be extended by four weeks. 3.

Heard. In view of the submission of the learned Counsel, the time to furnish surety is extended by three weeks. 4.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
