Perused the Order dated 29/1/2016.

Counsel for the petitioner states that accordingly excess structure has been demolished and order dated 29/1/2016 has been complied with. He states that the affidavit along with certificate of architect is ready with him. 4.

Learned counsel for CIDCO submits that no such affidavit is filed on record and even intimation that the order has been complied with is not served to the office of CIDCO. Learned AGP nilegaonkar 1/2

In view of this statement made by the petitioner, we direct the petitioner to report to respondent no. 3 on 06/11/2019 with necessary affidavit and documents as also the photographs showing compliance with the court order dated 29/1/2016. 6.

If Respondent nos. 1 to 3 are satisfied with the compliance, they shall thereafter consider remaining structure for regularization as per their policy decision within next three months.
