Mr YA Goswami, CPC of this Court, is requested to coordinate. A copy of this order is to be sent to him. The Roznama of the lower Court needs to be separately digitized and compiled. All previous orders of this Court in the First Appeals are also to be separately digitized and compiled.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 3676 OF 2022:

The Appellant seeks a stay of the impugned Judgment and Order dated 19th March 2021. The Appellant will deposit the entire amount with accrued interest up to the date of deposit with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Palghar. The Appellant needs four weeks time.

The execution of the original Judgment and Award is stayed for a period of four weeks. If the amount is not deposited in that time, the order of stay will automatically lapse and execution may proceed. If the amount is deposited, the stay will continue. 10.

Upon the amount being deposited, the original Claimants (Respondents) will be at liberty to withdraw the amount of 50% deposit without the need of filing an application but on furnishing security.
