The petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent to take cognizance of the Petitioner's complaints dated 16th July 2016, 27th July 2016, 15th November 2016 and 9th January 2017. Learned APP on instructions states that pursuant to said complaints of the Petitioner, the Petitioner's statement was recorded on 7th January 2017. She also states that within a week from today, appropriate decision would be taken and the same would be communicated to the Petitioner. Statement is accepted.

In the light of above statement made by learned APP, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly states that grievance of the Petitioner as raised in the present writ petition no more survives. In that view of the matter, writ petiton is disposed of.
