The learned Advocate for the Respondent submits that the Chief Executive Officer has passed order on 4th August 2022 for grant of advance increments.

Considering the aforesaid, we grant four months time to respondent nos.4 and 5 from today to implement the orders of this Court of which the contempt is alleged. If within four months from today, the order of which contempt is alleged, is not implemented, Respondents will make themselves liable for contempt. 3.

Contempt Petitions stands disposed of.
