The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this application, investigation is completed and chargesheet is filed and hence, on instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to approach Sessions Court in the changed circumstances. The learned Sessions Court shall consider the application on its own merits without being influenced by the withdrawal of this application. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

In view of disposal of the bail application, nothing survives in the intervention application. The same is also disposed of accordingly.
