Petitioner is before this Court for quashing of FIR registered on her complaint against respondent No.2. FIR is under sections 376, 377 and 507 of IPC.

She is present with her advocate. She pointed out that she has got married on 29/3/2019 and therefore does not want to prosecute the matter.

Respondent No.2 is also present with his advocate and he has no objection.

Learned APP appears for the Respondent/State. 5.

We have read the statement dated 24/4/2015. We find that nothing fruitful will come out of prosecution.

Accepting the request made by the applicant/complainant and in view of her marriage, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
