Perused the affidavit-in-reply filed by Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 2. Both of them have tendered unconditional apology. Respondent No. 2 has mentioned the circumstances in the affidavit in reply under which the documents were filed without verification. We are satisfied with the said explanation, and we accept the explanation given by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Contempt notice is, therefore, discharged. Suo Moto Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
