By way of present Petition, the Petitioner Convict No. 10352 lodged in Central Prison Nashik Road Nashik prayed for the benefits under the Government Resolution issued by the State of Maharashtra for commemorate birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. 2.

The perusal of the documents placed on record show that there was negative appraisal report from the Special Judge, City Civil Judge, Mumbai.

At this stage, the learned APP made available a copy of the communication received by the office of the Public Prosecutor dated 05/04/2022. It is informed that the Petitioner-Convict is already released SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date: 2022.04.07 10:35:41 +0530 Seema 1/2
