Perused the letter dated 15.11.2016 addressed by learned Judge, C.R. No.33 of Court of Small Causes (BB), Mumbai to Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court. By this letter, the learned Judge has sought extension of six months time for disposal of application at Exhibit-9 in L.D. & C. Suit No.108/140 of 2012. 2.

Perused the earlier orders passed by this Court in present Petition.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the letter dated 15.11.2016, extension of six months from today for disposal of application at Exhibit-9 in L.D. & C. Suit No.108/140 of 2012 is granted. Office is directed to communicate this order to the learned Judge.
