P.C. :- P.C. :- The above Petition is filed seeking direction against the Respondent to look into the complaint of the Petitioners made vide letter dated 9.1.2017, hold an appropriate enquiry and take suitable action against the persons named therein. Though the said complaint is addressed to the Police Complaints Authority, in view of the fact that no heed was being given to the said complaint by the local police. We however direct the Senior Police Inspector of Azad Maidan Police Station to look into the said complaint of the Petitioners dated 9.1.2017, hold an appropriate enquiry and Shivgan

It would be contingent upon the communication that would be received by the Petitioners that the Petitioners can decide their future course of action . In the light of the above, there is no warrant to keep the Petition pending. The above Writ Petition to accordingly stand disposed of.
