Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, submitted that, the Petitioner has already undergone sentence in the following four cases registered with Deonar Police Station, Mumbai :

1)C.C. No.822/PW/2008 (C.R.No. 18 of 2008).

2)C.C.No.1363/PW/2009 (C.R.No. 243 of 2008).

3)C.C.No.193/PS/2008 (C.R.No. 255 of 2007).

4)C.C.No.484/PW/2006 (C.R.No. 149 of 2006).

Learned A.P.P. further submitted that, as far as fifth case pending against the Petitioner i.e. Sessions Case No.318 of 2011 is concerned, the same has also been decided by the Sessions Court and the by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

SLJ 48-WP-3043-2019.doc Petitioner has been convicted in it under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code and he is sentenced to suffer life imprisonment. 3.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
