The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs. A S Pai draws our attention to the charge-sheet which is annexed to the above Criminal Writ Petition at Exhibit A. The offence alleged against the Petitioners is one under Sections 353, 332, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed, the relief sought by the Petitioners by way of the above Criminal Writ Petition cannot be granted.
