Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 7Zilla Parishad Alibaug states, on instructions, that appropriate directions have been issued to the Panchayat Samiti and Village Panchayat to take steps as permissible in law for removal of the encroached structures. The Respondents shall take steps as permissible in law and in observance of the procedure prescribed for removal of the encroached structures. While taking steps, the concerned authorities shall have due regard to the orders passed by the Civil Court.
