Learned A.G.P. states that about 25 other writ petitions on the same subject matter have been transferred from Nagpur and Aurangabad Bench to the Principal Seat at Bombay, and have been ordered to be heard along with Writ Petition No. 9026 of 2014. 3.

In view of the above statement, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Writ Petition No. 4281 of 2014 is directed to be transferred from Nagpur Bench to the Principal Seat at Bombay and shall be heard along with Writ Petition No.9026 of 2014 pending at the Principal Seat at Bombay.
