Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant by way of present Appeal.

The applicant/appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 27/03/2014 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, Dist. Raigad in L.A.R.No. 57 of 1995 and seeking stay till hearing and final disposal of the present Appeal. Stay in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to applicant/appellant depositing the entire amount of Award within 12 weeks from today failing which the said Award will be executable.
