This is an application for recalling the order dated 25th April, 2017 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II) and for extending time for effecting service on respondents No.1(a) to 1(i) after condoning delay of 204 days in filing the Civil Application.

Mr. Walvekar submits that notices are not issued in the main C.R.A. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, C.A is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs.
