Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner, as well as Mrs.Deshmukh, learned APP on behalf of the State. 2.

Today, instructions have been received by learned APP to the effect that the police have succeeded in recovering the alleged victim namely Namrata Rangile Nag from State of Gujarat and also apprehended juvenile accused. Nesarikar

In the meantime, it is also admitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that missing child Namrata Rangile Nath is back in the custody of her parents. In view of such fact while we accord our appreciation to the steps taken by the police authority in recovering the girl child, we dispose of the present Writ Petition and grant liberty to the Petitioner, so advised to seek for other remedies as may be available in law. 4.

Prayer made in clause (b) is not pressed since, the present Petition is for Habeas Corpus. Consequently liberty is granted to the Petitioner to seek relief in terms of prayer clause (b) in an appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) (INDRAJIT MAHANTY, J.)
