This Application is for condonation of 41 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 18.08.2014 passed by the MACT Solapur in MACP No.70/2012 holding that the Respondent-Claimant is entitled to compensation of Rs.11,30,000/- with interest @ 9% p.a.
