The learned counsel for the Appellant / Applicant has moved a praecipe for "Speaking to the Minutes" of an order dated 14.2.2019. In second line of para 4 of the said order, the word "per month" are added after the words "... of Rs. 20,000/-". 2.

It is clarified that pending the hearing and disposal of the appeal, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and decree. Civil Application No. 24 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a).
