None appears for the Applicants. The 1st Applicant is the 1st Informant and the 2nd Applicant is the victim of offence. On the basis of First Information Report filed by the 1st Applicant, investigation was carried out and Charge-sheet has been filed against Respondents No. 2 to 20 for offence punishable under Section 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 327, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The 1st Informant and the victim of the offence are seeking quashing of Sessions case. The offence is a serious offence under Sharayu.
