This Petition is filed challenging show cause notice dated 06th January, 2022, issued by the Respondents under Section 59 (1) of the Bombay Police Act. By the impugned notice he was called to show cause as to why he should not be externed. The Petitioner instead of filing reply to show cause notice filed present Petition on 14th January, 2022.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submitted before this Court that post filing of the Petition the Petitioner submitted his Umesh

As the order of externment is yet to be passed, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed.
