By this interim application, the Applicants seek leave of this Court to bring legal heir of the Petitioner No.3 on record who has expired on 23.02.2021. In view of the order passed by the Supreme court extending period of limitation, we are of the view that there is no delay in filing interim application. Since there is no delay in filing interim application for bringing the legal heirs of the Petitioner No.3, leave to amend is granted to amend the cause title of the interim application in accordance with the title of the contempt petition. Re-verification is dispensed with. We accordingly allow the interim application so as to bring legal heirs of the Petitioner No.3 on record, for the reason as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the interim application. Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today. Amendment shall also be carried out in the copies supplied to the Respondents simultaneously.

The affidavit in reply filed by Smt.Solunke, A.G.P., for Respondent/State in the contempt petition is taken on record. An affidavit of rejoinder to the affidavit in reply shall be filed within three weeks from today. Copy of rejoinder shall be served upon the Office of Government Pleader. 4.
