This application is for restoration of Writ Petition No.6845 of 2016 which stand dismissed for default by order dated 21.12.2016.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in paragraph 1 of the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:

a) Order dated 21.12.2016 passed by this court is recalled.

b) Writ Petition No.6845 of 2016 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
