This Petition is filed on an apprehension that the Petitioner is likely to be relieved from the services on superannuation, even though by the decision dated 29 August 2018, the age of superannuation of the employees of the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 such as Petitioner has been extended to the age of 60.

On the basis of a mere apprehension unsupported by anything in writing, it is not possible for us to adjudicate the matter. Original Application of the Petitioner is pending in the Tribunal. There does not seem to be any express refusal of an adinterim relief. It is open to the Petitioner to apply in the pending Original Application for an interim relief, if the same is warranted. 5.

Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
