This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed by Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur vide order dated 25th July 2018. Thereafter he had preferred application before Sessions Court, Kolhapur Vide Miscellaneous Application No.197 of 2018 wherein he was permitted to leave Sangli and Kolhapur cities for the period between 12-12-2018 and 13-12-2018. Thereafter almost one year has been passed. In the circumstances the applicant would be at liberty to prefer application before the Sessions Court, Kolhapur, for relaxation of condition. In the event such an application is made, the Sessions Court will deal with the same in accordance with law and merits. Criminal Application No.30 of 2019 is disposed of. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) MST
