This Criminal Writ Petition challenges an order dated 23 December 2017 passed by JMFC, Vashi, on the ground that complaint under Section 406 of I. P. C., notices were issued. 2.

On 30 November 2023 none appeared for the Petitioner and even today when the matter was called out nobody is present on behalf of the Petitioner on second call.
