In pursuance of the Order dated 25.6.2018 the concerned Investigating Officer has seized certain articles from the cupboard which was lying in the premises of the applicant under detailed panchanama dated 3.7.2018 in that behalf. The learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- which was given by the relatives of the informant to him as 'Shagun' at the time of marriage has already been returned by way of cheque dated 6.6.2018. Mr. Garg learned counsel appearing for the first informant concedes to the said fact. Page-1/3

The record of investigation further indicates that in pursuance of the various orders passed by this Court the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer. In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the applicant for the purpose of further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

The interim relief granted by Order dated 22.1.2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. upon the receipt of the notice under Section 160 of the Cr.P.C. and to join the process of investigation till the submission of final report/charge sheet.
