The applicants are present with their advocate. Respondent no.2 is present with her advocate. Parties are jointly requesting for quashing of the FIR which is essentially under section 498A IPC. Respondent no. 2 has tendered affidavit giving her no objection.

The marriage between the parties is already dissolved. Respondent no.2 has orally also given no objection.
