Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that extensive amendments will be required to be carried out for converting the Civil Revision Application into Writ Petition and in view thereof, seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Application with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. 4.

Considering the above, liberty as prayed for is granted. Civil Revision Application be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.
