By order dated 19th October, 2018, this Court had modified the condition no.(iv) stipulated in order dated 5th May, 2016. On the ground of illness of his mother. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant's mother is still undergoing treatment. Copy of the medical certificate has been annexed to this application. It is, therefore, prayed that the modified order dated 19th October, 2018, relaxing the condition

rpa 2/2 504-appp-72-19.doc as stated above, be extended for a further period of four months. Considering the submissions advanced by the counsel for the applicant, the modified order dated 19th October, 2018, is extended for a period of three months.

Criminal Application stands disposed of.
