Applicant was granted bail vide order dated 3rd December, 2018, passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.3040 of 2018. Applicant was released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or more local sureties in the like amount. It is submitted that the applicant has submitted an application for furnishing surety and verification of sureties is in progress. It is, therefore, prayed that facility of

rpa 2/2 505-appp-73-19.doc furnishing cash security be extended for a period of six weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety.

In the circumstances, I pass the following order: :: O R D E R ::

(i) Facility of furnishing cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 3rd December, 2018, passed in Criminal Bail application No.3040 of 2018, is extended by a period of six weeks to enable the applicant to complete the procedure of surety;
