For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the interim application which reads thus :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to modify the order dated 20/12/2023 passed in Interim Application No.4577 of 2023 in Criminal Appeal No.1345 of 2023, to the extent that the Applicants be allowed to continue the same sureties, executed before Ld. Sessions Court, Greater Bombay vide Surety Bonds (after conviction) dated 20/12/2023 upon such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
