Heard Mr. Jain, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

Mr. Jain submits that only relief claimed in this Petition is for direction to expedite the proceeding in Special Civil Suit No. 183 of 2015.

Taking into consideration the fact that the suit is of the year 2015, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31st March, 2020.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
