Applicant herein is convicted for offence punishable under section 376 of Indian Penal Code and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and fine of Rs. 20,000/- by Special Judge, Solapur vide Judgment and Order dated 16/10/2014 in Special Case No. 257 of 2012.
