It is made clear that there is no interim order granted in this petition. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit arrears towards maintenance in accordance with the impugned order without prejudice to his rights and contentions as raised in this petition ".

Thereafter, on November 24, 2016 as well neither the Petitioner nor his advocate appeared. The Petitioner, despite directions vide order dated August 19, 2016 has also not deposited the arrears

Today, when the matter is called out again, neither the Petitioner nor his advocate are present.

Taking into consideration all the aforesaid circumstances, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution. 3.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
