The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter herein has been amicably settled between the applicant and electricity supplying company. The company has issued a Certificate dated 27.4.2017 in that behalf which is annexed to the application at Exh. D. 2.

In view thereof, the ad-interim relief granted by Order dated 22.1.2018 is hereby confirmed.
