This is an application for anticipatory bail for limited period to approach the competent Court. The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with CR No.414 of 2018 for offences under Sections 420 r/w 120(B) of Indian Penal Code registered with Pratapnagar Police Station, at Jodhpur. The applicants are residents of Mumbai. The applicant no.1 is senior citizen aged about 70 years. It is submitted that the dispute is of civil nature. The applicants are apprehending arrest and to enable them to move the competent Court, interim protection may be granted in their favour.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I pass following order:
ORDER
(i) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.169 of 2019 is allowed and disposed off;
(ii) In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with CR No.414 of 2018 registered with Pratapnagar Police Station, Jodhpur, Rajasthan State, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(iii) This protection is granted for a period of eight weeks from today to enable the applicants to approach competent Court for appropriate reliefs.
