Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, having taken instructions from his client, makes a statement that the petitioner has received possession of the land which is the subject matter of the order dated 12th August, 2014, passed by the Additional Collector, Kolhapur. In that view of the matter, he submits that the grievance of the petitioner no more survives and, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
