By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to deposit the balance fine amount of Rs. 2,66,000/-. It is not in dispute that the applicant has already deposited the first deposit of Rs. 2,42,000/- in the trial Court and a xerox copy of the said receipt has been produced on record.

24-IA-195-2021.doc The applicant was to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 2,66,000/- also in the trial Court within 4 months from the date of the order i.e. 27th January 2021. It appears that the applicant is unable to deposit he said amount within the said four months, due to the present pandemic situation and other financial constraints.

Accordingly, by way of last chance and indulgence, time to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 2,66,000/- in the trial Court is extended by a period of one month from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
