The Petitioner claims that he was appointed on compassionate basis in the year 2009. For regularizing his appointment, a proposal was sent by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to Respondent No. 1 many a times. However, Respondent No. 1 has not considered and taken any decision as yet. 2.

Without commenting upon the merits of the Petition, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No. 1 to consider the proposal sent by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 for regularizing the Petitioner's appointment on the post of "Peon" as expeditiously as possible but in any case within three months from Vishal Parekar 1/2
