This is a second application for bail filed by the aforesaid applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No.228 of 2015 registered with Panvel City Police Station for offences punishable under Section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The previous bail application was dismissed on merits on 4.1.2016. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has given proposal of settlement and he intends paying the amount to the Co-operative Credit Society. The intention of the pps
