Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The contempt petition is already disposed of by this court in terms of the consent terms entered between the parties by an order dated 13.12.2017. This application has been moved by the applicanthusband making a prayer that the custody of the minor child Pravit be handed over to the applicant from 22nd February 2018 of 28th February 2018, as there is wedding of the applicant's brother to be held at Sindudurg. The travel program to that effect has been set out in

Devendra 2/2 18-can-9-2018.odt paragraph 3 of this application.

Mr. Mahadik, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the custody to be granted for the said period except for the fact that the custody of the child for this occasion be taken by the applicant on 22.2.2018 at 8.00 pm in the evening. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'a'. 4.

Needless to observe that applicant shall take all the care and precaution as also in advance inform the respondents of the address where the child would reside during the period of the said custody. 5.

Learned counsel for the applicant does not press prayer Clause 'b'.

In order to tie up the loose ends, learned counsel for the applicant states that every month, the applicant shall deposit the maintenance on or before 10th day of every month. Learned counsel for the applicant also states that there shall be no difficultly in regards to the AADHAR Card of the child to be provided to the respondent. These statements are accepted.

Civil Application is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
