Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for Respondent Nos.4 to 7. Limited grievance in this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is that an Appeal under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 filed by the Petitioner on 6th January, 2017 and the stay application therein is not being heard. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that next date fixed in the Appeal (RTS) No.10 of 2017 is 8th February, 2017. We accept the aforesaid statements made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. Considering the limited grievance, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order:-

ORDER

(i) We direct the Petitioner to appear before the SubDivisional Officer, Man- Khatav on 8th February, 2017 at 11.00 am. The Petitioner shall produce an authenticated copy of this order before the Appellate Authority on that date;

(ii) Application for stay in the said Appeal being RTS No.10 of 2017 shall be decided by the Appellate Authority as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 31st March, 2017;

(iii) Till 15th April, 2017, the impugned order passed by the Tahsildar, Khatav shall not be acted upon;

(iv) All concerned to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
