Learned Counsel for the applicant points out that the only objection in the Petition is that there are some copies which are not legible. He submits that in connected Petition, legible copies are already supplied.

In this view of the matter, office objection is dispensed with. Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes that at the subsequent stage, if legible copies are required, the same would be furnished.
